Shipping policy
Yeti
We are unable to ship Yeti (if you are chasing a particular colour and you can't get it from your local dealer please give us a call), It is click and collect only. If you purchase a YETI through our website and combine it with other goods it will give you a $10 shipping option, this shipping fee will only be for the non Yeti products. If this occurs we will call you and discuss the options.
Shipping
We do not ship Traeger Grills or Bikes. If you purchase a Traeger Grill or Bike and combine it with another item that is not Yeti, bikes, or Traeger than it will give you a shipping option, that option relates only to the non-Yeti, non-Traeger or non-bike item. We will not ship you a Traeger grill or bike unless it is pre-arranged.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping rates are $10 standard or $20 for express.
Standard can take anywhere from 5 to 15 working days. Express can take 2 - 5 business days.
*Free Shipping Excludes Yeti and Bulky items.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Rod & Rifle Katherine. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Mon - Fri 08:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am till 1pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We don't currently offer international shipping. We can however attempt to get products to you through the post. If you wish to place an order with international shipping please only place the order by calling or E-mailing us.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rodnrifle@bigpond.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
