Shipping and pickup

YETI delivery

Small YETI drinkware, including bottles, mugs and tumblers, and eligible accessories can be shipped within Australia. Larger YETI products, including selected Hoppers, Caminos, GoBoxes and Tundra coolers, require pickup or a freight quote.

Items marked as pickup or freight quote are not eligible for standard parcel shipping. Please call (08) 8972 1020 before ordering if you need delivery. A shipping charge shown for other items in a mixed order does not cover these restricted items.

Bulky items, Traeger grills and bikes

Traeger grills, bikes and other items marked as pickup or freight quote require pre-arranged delivery. Please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.

Australian shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery generally takes 5–15 business days and express delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Any free-shipping offer excludes YETI and bulky items unless the offer states otherwise.

You can collect your order free from Rod & Rifle in Katherine. Select local pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-to-collect notification before visiting. Orders are normally ready within 1–2 business days.

Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am–1:00 pm. Please bring your order confirmation.
