Built for regular food preparation

The knives use Sicut HC55 high-carbon stainless steel, with a 55 HRC hardness and individually ground 25-degree edges. Textured pink polypropylene handles provide a slip-resistant, easy-clean grip.

The 14oz rip-stop poly/cotton canvas wrap is made in Perth, Western Australia, with a touch-tape closure. Knives are Australian-designed and manufactured in China to Sicut specifications.
