Practical fish-preparation tools
The knives use Sicut HC55 high-carbon stainless steel, with a 55 HRC hardness and individually ground 25-degree edges. Textured pink polypropylene handles give you a slip-resistant grip and are easy to clean after processing fish.
The 14oz poly/cotton canvas wrap is made in Perth, Western Australia, with a touch-tape closure to keep the set together for storage and transport. Knives are Australian-designed and manufactured in China to Sicut specifications.
